Koenig & Bauer Celebrates Women Leaders Shaping the Future of Print

Koenig & Bauer is recognizing and supporting a distinguished group of women leaders who are elevating printing and packaging businesses through innovation, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership. These executives—ranging from Lisa Hirsh of Accurate Box to Sarah Skinner of Ingersoll Paper Box and Marie Rosado of 3A Press—credit their success to continuous learning, collaboration, and embracing advanced technologies such as Koenig & Bauer’s Rapida 106. “For many years women have been holding leadership roles in the printing industry and we’re very proud to be associated with these women who are achieving successful milestones,” said Eric Frank, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Koenig & Bauer.

The company traces its commitment to female leadership back to Fanny Koenig, who stepped in to guide the business in 1833, setting a legacy that continues nearly 208 years later. Today, women are increasingly visible at all levels of the industry, supported by organizations such as Girls Who Print, Women in Wide Format, and the Women in Print Alliance. With leaders like Emily Leonczyk at the Paperboard Packaging Council and Samara Ronkowitz rising to executive roles, Koenig & Bauer sees continued opportunity for women to thrive—reinforcing innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth across the graphic arts industry.
