Konica Minolta is significantly expanding its wide-format capabilities with the introduction of the new AccurioWide high-speed series, a next-generation hybrid UV LED platform designed to meet growing demand for larger, faster, and more versatile production. The flagship AccurioWide 320HS delivers print widths up to 126 inches (3.2 meters), supported by a six-color plus white ink configuration and UV LED curing. Production speeds of up to 22 4’x8’ boards per hour in standard mode and 43 boards per hour in express mode position the system as a serious production-level solution for sign, display, and packaging-related applications.
The broader story here is scalability. Alongside the 320HS, the 200HS and 250HS models extend the platform across multiple width requirements, allowing print providers to align investment with application mix and growth plans. Jason Dizzine sums up the strategy well: “Today, we’re elevating that commitment even further with our new high-speed series.” Sustainability is also clearly part of the positioning, with GREENGUARD GOLD certified inks, reduced ink consumption through four-pass print mode, and the removal of TPO from the ink formulation. For Konica Minolta, this launch strengthens its presence in wide-format production at a time when shops are looking for both higher throughput and environmentally responsible technology choices.
