Kornit Digital has named Nick Beighton, former CEO of ASOS, as a strategic advisor to the company and its Board, with plans to nominate him for election at the 2026 Annual Shareholder Meeting. The move reflects Kornit’s ambition to deepen its engagement with global brands and retailers as the fashion industry shifts toward on-demand, demand-driven production models. Beighton brings extensive experience from leading ASOS through rapid global growth and digital transformation, offering valuable insight into supply chain agility, capital efficiency, and the convergence of retail and manufacturing. As Kornit CEO Ronen Samuel states, his experience provides “a powerful perspective on the realities brands and retailers face today around speed, agility, and capital efficiency.”
Beighton’s appointment strengthens Kornit’s strategic positioning at the intersection of digital commerce and production, as brands increasingly move away from inventory-heavy models toward more flexible, data-driven supply chains. His background in scaling a digitally native fashion platform complements Kornit’s technology-driven approach to sustainable, on-demand textile production. Beighton will begin his role on April 1, 2026, and will also participate in Kornit’s Konnections 2026 event, where industry leaders will explore the future of fashion manufacturing and supply chain innovation.
