Kyocera UK Appoints Andrew Smith as Managing Director for 2026 Growth

Kyocera Document Solutions UK Group has appointed Andrew Smith as Managing Director and General Manager, positioning him to lead the company—and its subsidiaries Annodata and MCL—into a new phase of strategic growth. Formerly Chief Information & Strategy Officer, Smith brings a rare blend of technical depth and commercial vision, having played a key role in launching Kyocera Cyber in 2025. “My focus is on ensuring our managed services remain rooted in genuine customer value,” said Smith, who aims to scale Kyocera’s core print offerings alongside its IT and cybersecurity services.

Supporting this vision, Kyocera has also announced a strengthened leadership team: Steve Doust as Group Sales Director, Suki Purewal as Group Service & Operations Director, and Pete Lunn returning to lead Indirect Sales. Together, the team will focus on delivering a more comprehensive service model that bridges Kyocera’s legacy in print with emerging digital and security needs.
