Fiery Launches Digital Factory 12 for DTF and DTG Color Excellence

Fiery, LLC has unveiled Digital Factory 12, a significant leap in RIP and workflow software designed specifically for the fast-growing DTF (direct-to-film) and DTG (direct-to-garment) print markets. Building on its reputation for color innovation, Fiery brings professional-grade color management — including a new Fiery Color Profiler add-on — into the hands of apparel decorators, promotional printers, and custom garment producers. The profiler enables in-house ICC profile creation using supported spectrophotometers for repeatable, high-fidelity output.

A new saturation rendering intent, tailored for textile applications, boosts vibrancy without oversaturating skin tones, addressing one of the key challenges in garment printing. Production efficiency also gets a boost with the integrated Gang Sheet Builder — a visual, drag-and-drop layout tool that eliminates the need for third-party apps — and improved markup features to reduce cutting errors and streamline finishing. “Digital Factory 12 changes the game for DTF and DTG printing,” said Toby Weiss, CEO of Fiery. “Whether you’re printing your first custom t-shirt or your thousandth, Digital Factory 12 brings you the capabilities you need to reach your full printing potential.”
