Mimaki Europe has introduced the TxF300-75Plus, an enhanced version of its DTF printing system designed to support higher productivity and longer continuous operation. The key upgrade is an expanded white ink capacity, including four additional cartridge slots combined with Mimaki’s Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS), enabling up to 8–9 hours of continuous printing. This reduces the need for manual cartridge changes and allows operators to replace ink during production without stopping the machine, improving uptime and workflow efficiency. Additional hardware and software optimizations further enhance white ink stability and ensure consistent output quality during extended runs.
The system builds on Mimaki’s established core technologies, including an integrated ink circulation system to prevent sedimentation and maintain stable performance, as well as remote monitoring tools like PICT and Mimaki Remote Access (MRA) for streamlined operations. As Arjen Evertse, Director Sales at Mimaki Europe, explains, the new model is designed to “deliver enhanced performance where it matters most,” helping print providers scale DTF production with greater efficiency and reliability. The TxF300-75Plus is now available across the EMEA region.
