Mimaki Expands TS330 Dye Sublimation Range With Wider Format and Extended Colour Gamut

Mimaki Europe announced a series of enhancements to its TS330 Series dye sublimation printers, including expanded colour capabilities and the launch of a wider-format model, the TS330-1800. The upgrades are aimed at print providers working across fashion, sportswear, textile signage and home décor, where colour impact and production efficiency are increasingly critical.

The entire TS330 Series is now compatible with Mimaki’s Sb411 ink set, including Orange, Violet, Fluorescent Pink, and Fluorescent Yellow, expanding the total ink configuration to 11 colours. Mimaki said the extended gamut delivers improved colour vibrancy, saturation, and accuracy, supporting high-impact branding and applications that demand precise colour reproduction. The broader ink range enables print shops to profitably address multiple markets with a single dye-sublimation platform.

The newly introduced TS330-1800 extends the series with a maximum print width of 1940 mm, enabling production of large, single-piece textile applications such as curtains, tapestries, and other home décor items. By allowing more panels to be printed side by side, the wider format reduces the need for sewing and pattern matching, improves layout efficiency, and reduces material waste.

“Achieving eye-catching prints is becoming increasingly important when printing textiles, particularly for branded materials such as signage or sportswear,” said Arjen Evertse, Director of Sales at Mimaki Europe. He added that the combination of fluorescent inks and expanded print width gives users greater flexibility to grow into high-demand textile segments while maintaining the core performance characteristics of the TS330 platform.

The TS330 Series uses OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified Sb411 inks, supporting environmentally responsible production and compliance with sustainability requirements set by global textile brands. The TS330-1800 will be supplied with Mimaki’s TxLink5 Lite RIP software to support workflow management and production control. Mimaki said the new model will be available across EMEA from Spring 2026.
