Nefab Expands Dutch Operations With Acquisition of Jase Packaging and Heuman Verpakkingen

Nefab Group expanded its presence in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Jase Packaging and Heuman Verpakkingen, two established companies known for high-end wood-based packaging, HD corrugated combinations, and professional packing services. Through its subsidiary Nefab Packaging Netherlands, the company said the move reinforces its leading position in the region while supporting its long-term commitment to sustainability and resource savings in global supply chains.

The addition of Jase and Heuman enhances Nefab’s existing service portfolio, which includes cleanroom capabilities, an ISTA-certified test lab, and complete packaging solutions for customers across key industries. “This acquisition strengthens Nefab’s position in the regional market and enhances our capacity to deliver premium wood-based solutions and services to customers in, for example, key segments like Healthcare and Semicon,” said Per Öhagen, President and CEO of Nefab Group. He noted that the expanded footprint supports both global and local customers seeking innovative and sustainable packaging options.

Owners Martijn Seerden and Peter Jacobs described the alignment with Nefab’s values as a natural fit. “Nefab’s ambitious growth strategy and commitment to customer service and resource efficiency align perfectly with our own values, and we look forward to growing together,” they said. Rui Garrido, Executive Vice President of Nefab EMEA, added that the acquisition strengthens the company’s ability to deliver solutions with both financial and environmental benefits.

With the integration of Jase and Heuman, Nefab Group now employs more than 5,000 people across 38 countries and reports annual revenue exceeding 10 billion SEK, marking another step in its global expansion strategy.
