OneVision to Showcase AI-Driven Wide Format Workflow Automation at FESPA Global Print Expo 2026

OneVision Software AG announced it will showcase its latest wide-format workflow automation solutions at FESPA Global Print Expo 2026, taking place May 19 to 22 at the Fira Barcelona exhibition center. At booth 2-D28, the company will demonstrate how automation and AI-powered technologies can streamline production processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency for print service providers operating in wide-format environments. The presentation reflects ongoing industry pressure to manage complex workflows involving multiple file types, substrates, and finishing steps while maintaining speed and accuracy.

At the center of the presentation is OneVision’s Wide Format Automation Suite, designed to automate tasks such as file checking, preflight correction, nesting, imposition, and production routing. The goal is to reduce manual touchpoints and minimize errors before jobs reach production, particularly when handling large files, where issues such as scaling, resolution, and missing elements can lead to costly rework. The company positions automation as a necessary response to rising costs, labor shortages, and sustainability expectations, all of which are reshaping how wide-format production environments are managed.

OneVision will also highlight a growing set of AI-powered capabilities, including AI Queries for workflow analysis, AI Billboard Validation for quality control of installed out-of-home graphics, and AI-driven image processing for tasks such as background removal and image optimization. In addition, its Stations module introduces production tracking by digitizing manual steps and turning them into connected workflow checkpoints, improving transparency from print through finishing and delivery. Visitors to the booth will be able to see live demonstrations and discuss how these tools can be applied to optimize their own wide-format workflows.
