OneVision Software Releases Version 25.2 with Enhanced Workflow Control and New AI Billboard Validation

OneVision Software released its second software update for 2025, version 25.2, bringing key advancements in workflow control, file preparation, and image processing. The update continues OneVision’s mission to optimize production automation and flexibility for print and media professionals, while also enhancing security through the introduction of two-factor authentication.

The new release allows users to manage job workflows with more precision. Configurable module results now enable operators to handle intentional errors within a workflow more effectively, allowing corrected jobs to be marked as complete. Defined job filters simplify task management, while the introduction of the Tiles & Panels module provides an interactive tiling tool for easier large-format or panel-based production. Enhancements to file preparation also include improved options for inserting pages, adding barcodes, placing custom text and marks, and better cutter support.

OneVision’s image enhancement tools, Amendo and Amendo AI, have also been upgraded. The update includes improved sky recognition, refined skin tone enhancement that accounts for complexion, and a new feature for local contrast optimization, helping users achieve higher-quality visuals with minimal manual effort.

Alongside the workflow and imaging upgrades, OneVision introduced a completely new solution: AI Billboard Validation. Designed for out-of-home (OOH) advertising, this intelligent tool integrates real-time reporting, digital validation, and AI-powered quality control. The mobile application enables photo reporting with geolocation and timestamps, offering immediate proof of posting and automated feedback to streamline communication among campaign stakeholders.

With version 25.2, OneVision continues to enhance automation, transparency, and quality control across print and digital workflows, empowering users to manage complex jobs with greater efficiency and confidence.
