Online Print Summit 2026 Unites Global Leaders to Reinvent Print

Set for March 12–13 at the Alte Kongresshalle in Munich, the Online Print Summit 2026 is shaping up to be a truly global gathering focused on Re:inventing Print for the On-Demand Era. Confirmed speakers include Cui Wen Feng, CEO of China’s largest online print firm Shengda Printing, making his first appearance outside of China, as well as U.S. strategist Rusty Pepper of Taylor Corporation, Canadian Print Geek Dan Neto, Brazil’s Marcelo Schroeder Isleb of Digipix, and Germany’s Janneke Klasen. These thought leaders will share insights on topics ranging from creator commerce and mobile-driven personalization to zero-inventory production and digital brand strategy. “Only those who look beyond their own horizon can find new inspiration,” said Bernd Zipper, OPS co-organizer and zipcon consulting CEO.

The summit will also feature four Executive Briefings from industry leaders including Durst, Cloudlab, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, and Printess, covering cloud automation, AI-driven UX, and web-to-print business transformation. A C-Level Classroom hosted by Intergraf’s Beatrice Klose will explore the impact of EU regulations on the industry. Two thought-provoking panels will tackle AI’s role in dynamic print e-commerce and how creator platforms and robotics are redefining workflows. “The formats, our speakers from around the world, and the forward-looking topics show that we are serious – about transformation and about connection,” noted co-organizer Jens Meyer of VDM Beratung.
