OVOL Papier Deutschland GmbH and UPM Communication Papers have a new strategic distribution partnership effective July 1, 2025, aimed at strengthening their presence in the German and Austrian markets. Under the agreement, OVOL will become the exclusive distributor of UPM’s wood-free coated sheet papers, including the established arto® magic and arto® satin brands, and the newly introduced arto® prime with its premium satin finish. The partnership is designed to enhance availability, improve service delivery, and support long-term competitiveness in a key segment of the print paper market.

The collaboration leverages OVOL’s access to the global network of its parent company, Japan Pulp and Paper, and UPM’s extensive portfolio of sustainable, high-performance papers.
