PageDNA Appoints Gary Hielkema as President and Elevates Sales Leadership

PageDNA announced two leadership promotions to strengthen execution and customer engagement as the company continues to scale its enterprise automation platform. Gary Hielkema is the new President, having served as Chief Operating Officer for the past three years, while Brooke Williams-Magnuson has been promoted to Sales Manager after a series of progressive roles within the organization.

Hielkema joined PageDNA after a long career as a manufacturing CEO and has played a central role in scaling the company’s operations. He succeeds Steve Enstad as President, with Enstad continuing as CEO and shifting his primary focus to sales, marketing, and long-term strategy. “Gary’s operational expertise and leadership have been instrumental in scaling our company over the past three years,” said Enstad. “His ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution makes him uniquely suited to lead PageDNA into its next chapter.”

As President, Hielkema will oversee operational execution, supporting more efficient scaling while maintaining service levels for customers and partners. The leadership change reflects PageDNA’s intent to align operational discipline with continued market expansion in enterprise print and fulfillment automation.

The company also announced the promotion of Brooke Williams-Magnuson to Sales Manager. Williams-Magnuson joined PageDNA immediately after college and has progressed through multiple sales roles, supported by mentorship and a long-standing personal connection to the print industry. “I’m excited to take this next step, work more closely with customers, and help them address real-world challenges with our platform,” she said.

Enstad described the promotion as part of a broader commitment to developing emerging talent within the organization. Founded more than 25 years ago, PageDNA provides cloud-based eCommerce and workflow automation tools for commercial printers, in-plant operations, and brand owners, supporting ordering, approvals, accounting, and production at scale.
