PLASTGrommet to Showcase Three New Finishing Solutions at PRINTING United Expo 2025

PLASTGrommet will present the North American debut of three new banner and textile finishing solutions at PRINTING United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The company, a leading manufacturer of large-format finishing technologies, will introduce the All In One Edge, the Hybrid TexWiz, and the FlexiPress hand press, alongside its established portfolio of automation and workflow-enhancing products.

The All In One Edge offers a streamlined, entry-level system that integrates welding, grommeting, and cutting, making finishing automation accessible for mid-volume print providers. The Hybrid TexWiz, based on PLASTGrommet’s flagship All In One platform, incorporates a sewing module that enables fully automated finishing of both PVC and textile-based banners—a solution designed to help print shops adapt to shifting customer demands. Completing the trio is the FlexiPress, a versatile new hand press that supports both brass and clear grommets, expanding flexibility for smaller operations.

In addition to these launches, PLASTGrommet will demonstrate the Evolve Air Welder with a new conveyor belt for easier material handling, the TexWiz module for fully recyclable textile banner finishing, and a wide range of semi-automatic and automatic grommet presses, roll lifters, and smart storage systems. Rafa Menéndez, Head of Sales and Marketing, emphasized the company’s mission to remove bottlenecks from finishing, noting: “As print technologies accelerate, large-format finishing can often become the bottleneck that holds businesses back. Our solutions are designed to streamline every step of the finishing process through automation, helping printers of all sizes stay productive, profitable, and competitive.” Visitors to Booth 2866 will have the opportunity to explore these technologies firsthand and engage with PLASTGrommet’s team of experts on optimizing their finishing workflows.
