Print4All Conference 2026 Set to Explore the Human and Machine Balance in Print

Following the strong success of previous events, Print4All Conference returns in 2026 on 1–2 July at the Centro Congressi Ville Ponti in Varese. The event represents a key milestone on the journey toward Print4All 2027 and will once again bring together industry stakeholders to discuss the strategic direction of printing and converting in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.

As automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics continue to redefine production environments, the conference will focus on finding balance rather than simply adopting new technologies. Organizers say the challenge facing the industry is not innovation alone, but the ability to integrate people, machines, and data in ways that support smarter, more sustainable operations across the print and converting value chain.

Under the theme Humans Print the World, the 2026 edition will explore the relationship between Human and Machine and Human and Life. The programme is designed to foster dialogue between technology and humanity, and between industrial processes and everyday life, positioning print as an intelligent and responsible industry that remains firmly centered on human creativity and expertise.
