Printful has launched DTFlex, a premium direct-to-film (DTF) printing technique that sets a new quality benchmark in the print-on-demand space. Developed through years of testing, DTFlex offers sharper details, richer colours, and flawless, glue-free finishes — all in small, made-to-order runs. “DTFlex is more than just a printing method — it’s the culmination of years of innovation,” said Chris Ozols, Director of Operations Development & Innovation at Printful. The process delivers retail-quality results without the need for equipment or inventory, excelling on a wide range of fabrics, including challenging synthetics like polyester.
Ideal for high-detail streetwear, fan merchandise, and durable sportswear, DTFlex gives merchants a powerful tool to elevate their product lines. While DTG is still ideal for soft, breathable cotton prints and embroidery offers a tactile finish, DTFlex brings unmatched vibrancy and durability. “It helps brands deliver products that look and feel like premium retail items,” added Ozols. DTFlex is now used across all of Printful’s DTF products at no extra cost, with availability expanding throughout the catalogue.
