UK–based Resolute will unveil a jettable adhesive DTF printer at the end of February that eliminates powder from the workflow, delivering a cleaner process, a smaller footprint, and reduced power consumption. Powered by DuPont Artistri inks, the system is designed for both cotton and polyester and offers a softer hand feel with fade performance comparable to DTG, while maintaining the durability expected from DTF. Resolute managing director Colin Marsh described the system as a “major leap forward,” emphasizing that it represents a fundamentally different, next-generation approach to powder-free DTF. The machine is Oeko-Tex certified .

Alongside the new printer, Resolute is introducing two premium embellishment applications designed to expand what decorators can offer without adding complexity or overhead. The first, 3D patch printing, delivers a bold, dimensional finish with the visual impact of silicone badges but with a soft touch, strong adhesion, and no dye migration on polyester. With no setup costs and cost-effective consumables, the process enables a range of texture depths and opens new creative possibilities for fashion, sportswear, corporate apparel, and promotional products.

Resolute also released their faux embroidery solution, produced on the same platform using flexible UV inks printed onto a special adhesive media. Applied via heat press, the result closely mimics stitched embroidery while being up to ten times faster and significantly lower in cost. The solution is particularly suited to shoes, bags, jackets, and structured items where traditional embroidery is slow or impractical. With these launches, Resolute positions itself as a technology-driven partner for decorators looking to deliver premium finishes, scalable production, and faster turnaround in an increasingly competitive apparel market.
