Revista El Impresor is the leading trade media company in Mexico, with nearly 50 years of history. In a new agreement with INKISH, it has sold half of its shares to INKISH. The partnership is intended to create a joint media platform for the printing industry across Mexico and Latin America, leveraging print, film, and digital channels.
“We’re excited to welcome INKISH as a partner,” says CEO Nayelli G. Menendez. “Together, we’ll strengthen Revista El Impresor and expand our reach and relevance.” INKISH CEO Henrik Klem Lassen adds, “By combining our expertise, we aim to build a robust LATAM platform that opens new opportunities for us, our partners, and the industry.”
With a population of over 130 million and a growing middle class, Mexico presents strong domestic growth potential for print across commercial, label, and packaging segments. As global trade dynamics shift, emerging markets like Mexico are gaining importance for industry vendors. “The media landscape is changing,” says Lassen. “Media buying will become more centralized, and budgets more constrained. To stay relevant, platforms must address multiple markets and segments.”
Nayelli G. Menendez agrees: “Through INKISH, we gain access to new content creators, video production, and Spanish-language news. We can now curate stories for both local and global relevance—a much-needed capability in our evolving market.”
