Ricoh has launched RICOH Intelligent Automation, a new AI-driven SaaS platform that aims to revolutionize how businesses handle document-centric workflows. Built with intelligent document processing (IDP), seamless integration, and no-code workflow creation, the platform is designed to automate tasks such as reading and sorting documents, extracting data, and linking core systems. Supporting over 200 languages and equipped with advanced OCR and handwritten text recognition (HTR), it bridges the gap between paper and digital operations. As part of Ricoh’s broader strategy to lead in Process Automation, the platform will debut in select markets before a global rollout.
