Ricoh has introduced the new RICOH Pro C5400 Series, a next-generation color production platform engineered to meet the growing needs of commercial and enterprise print providers. Building on the success of the Pro C5310S and its predecessors, the Pro C5400 Series features enhanced speed, improved image registration, broader media handling, and user-friendly design aimed at maximizing uptime and accelerating short-run production.

The new series supports coated, waterproof, and specialty stocks—including envelopes and long-sheet formats up to 1,300 mm—making it ideal for promotional and direct mail applications. Key upgrades include a 26-second warm-up time (Pro C5410S), 300-page-per-minute duplex scanning with AI orientation, a redesigned compact folding unit, and a stapleless water-pressure binding option. Ricoh also highlights sustainability gains, with more than five times the recycled content compared to earlier models.

The new platform becomes available across EMEA in July 2025. The RICOH Pro C5400S Series is currently on display at IPMA 2025, June 8-12, at the Davenport Grand Hotel in Spokane, WA.
