The press introduces a high level of automation and operational versatility, allowing SBE to respond to increasing demand for fast, efficient manufacturing of advanced labels and packaging. Equipped with automated pressure, registration, and tension control, the MASTER M5 minimizes operator involvement while delivering consistent quality and short setup cycles.

The platform supports a wide range of substrates, from films to lightweight board, and incorporates inline finishing units for streamlined production. Compatibility with oneECG technology enables efficient color management and repeatability, while its digital workflow reduces waste and downtime. SBE selected BOBST for its strong innovation track record, its global footprint and the availability of technical support based in France, which the company said was crucial for responsiveness and long-term reliability.
