Schobertechnologies will present its RSM IML 410 MX with Twin Spider at this year’s Labelexpo, highlighting the system’s efficiency and versatility for in-mold label production. The solution integrates a rotary punching and perforating module capable of processing multiple blisters per sheet or as individual packs using substrates such as PVC or PET. It also incorporates a high-performance punching module with a precise magnetic cylinder and quick-lifting device, designed for web widths up to 1,000 millimeters and cylinder circumferences up to 48 inches.
With interchangeable punches and dies, the RSM IML 410 MX can process materials including paper, foils, and ultra-thin films down to 0.015 mm. Waste disposal-equipped punch modules, available as built-in or retrofittable units, allow seamless integration with narrow-web presses, giving converters greater flexibility and efficiency. The live demonstration in Barcelona will provide attendees with a hands-on view of how the Twin Spider technology can enhance productivity and broaden material processing options.
