Sheridan, part of the CJK Group, announced the successful acquisition of select business assets from Vicks Lithograph & Printing Corp and Vicks Logistics Corp. Under the agreement, Vicks’ employees and customer print work will transition to Sheridan’s print and distribution operations in Hanover, Pennsylvania, while the Vicks Logistics warehouse in Central New York will continue to operate under the Sheridan name.

The acquisition allows Sheridan to build upon Vicks’ long-standing reputation for excellence in serving music, religious, and niche educational publishers. For more than a century, Vicks Print and Logistics has been a trusted name in these markets, known for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and strong customer relationships. Sheridan intends to honor that legacy while broadening the range of services available to Vicks’ customers.
