The World Wrap Masters Middle East 2026 competition concluded in Dubai with a decisive win by Simon Jokumsen of Denmark. Held from January 13–15 as part of FESPA Middle East, the event brought together some of the region’s top vehicle wrapping professionals for a high-intensity, multi-day knockout contest.

Over three days, competitors were tested across a wide range of challenges designed to push speed, precision, creativity, and technical skill to the limit. Competition rounds included full-vehicle wrapping, printed vinyl application, colour-change wraps, and paint protection film (PPF). Judges also evaluated knife skills, finish quality, and workflow efficiency under strict time constraints.

In addition to traditional vehicle panels, competitors were challenged to wrap a variety of unconventional objects to demonstrate adaptability and ingenuity. These included toy cars, helmets, mannequins, water bottles, shoes, teacups, tables, and chairs, reinforcing the breadth of skills required at the highest level of the wrapping profession.

Jokumsen, representing Folie Fashion in Denmark, delivered a consistently strong performance throughout the event, ultimately securing first place. Already a past World Wrap Masters Champion, his Middle East victory follows a recent win at World Wrap Masters Sweden, marking his second title of the season and reinforcing his status as one of the world’s leading wrap specialists.

The final standings for World Wrap Masters Middle East 2026 were:

• 2nd Place: Aleksandar Atanasov – Bulgaria
• 3rd Place: Yuki Hayashida – Rinda Factory, Japan
• 4th Place: József Szebeni – Vill-fény Kft., Hungary

Organisers congratulated all finalists for an exceptional level of competition and confirmed that Jokumsen will now advance to the World Wrap Masters Finals in Barcelona. The World Wrap Masters Series continues to be recognised as one of the most demanding global competitions for wrap professionals, combining technical execution, creative problem-solving, and performance under pressure on an international stage.
