Sitma USA, a Tecnau company, expanded its strategic partnership with Ricoh USA, Inc. to deliver complete, end-to-end packaging, mailing, and fulfillment solutions for the print, mail, and e-commerce sectors. The collaboration strengthens an already successful relationship between the two companies, allowing Ricoh to integrate Sitma’s high-performance automation technologies into its existing workflow offerings for customers in the U.S. and Canada.

Sitma USA is recognized for its expertise in automated packaging systems that address the evolving demands of high-volume production environments. Its portfolio includes automated wrapping systems for both poly and paper materials, modular packaging lines for fulfillment and distribution centers, high-speed envelope and parcel sorting solutions, and customizable feeders, stackers, and conveyors. The strengthened partnership follows several joint successes, including a major enterprise installation where Ricoh played an integral role in implementing a custom Sitma solution.
