Sitma USA, part of the Tecnau Group, has deepened its long-standing relationship with Ricoh USA through an expanded strategic partnership focused on delivering complete workflow and automation solutions. The agreement positions Ricoh as a key partner responsible for sales, integration, and service of Sitma’s portfolio of advanced wrapping and packaging systems for the print, mail, and fulfillment markets.

Sitma’s technology supports a wide range of applications, including automated wrapping for poly and paper materials, modular packaging lines for fulfillment centers, and integrated feeders, stackers, and conveyors designed for high-volume environments. Its systems are built to integrate seamlessly into print and finishing workflows, offering flexible and sustainable options for e-commerce, transactional mail, and direct marketing operations.
