SpencerMetrics CONNECT Showcases Partner Integrations and AI-Powered Analytics at PRINTING United Expo 2025

SpencerMetrics showcases the CONNECT platform in action at PRINTING United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. In addition to live demonstrations at its own booth (#5142), the company’s technology will be integrated and running on production equipment across several partner booths, including EMT International, UltimateTech, VIDEK, and PrintVis.

Attendees will see CONNECT capture and analyze real-time production data from a variety of print and finishing systems, illustrating how seamless integration delivers actionable insights for efficiency, quality, and profitability. “Seeing CONNECT running live on actual production equipment provides attendees with an authentic view of how our platform transforms data into insights,” said Vishal Sahay, Executive Vice President of SpencerMetrics. “Our partnerships demonstrate our commitment to end-to-end integration and our ability to support any production environment.”

SpencerMetrics will also unveil Q™, a breakthrough AI-driven analytics solution for the CONNECT platform. Using natural language processing, Q allows users to ask plain-language questions and instantly receive detailed insights on performance, bottlenecks, and operator efficiency. The new tool aims to make data analysis accessible to all team members, transforming raw production data into predictive intelligence. Additional updates to CONNECT include expanded vendor-agnostic compatibility with leading manufacturers, enhanced piece-level tracking with AUTOMATER 2.0™, and improved customization options for flexible data collection. Visitors can explore these integrations live at EMT International (#2449), VIDEK (#2449), UltimateTech (#3013), and PrintVis (#5044), or meet the SpencerMetrics team at booth #5142 to learn how CONNECT drives operational excellence and revenue growth.
