German Smart-ID specialist starcodegroup has confirmed the purchase of a fully servo-driven CHROME RFP 450S flexo press with inline folding, alongside three high-speed RDF 540/580 blank label systems from ROTOCON. The investment forms part of a collaborative effort to push the boundaries of custom identification and Auto-ID solutions. The RFP 450S offers modular flexibility and precision with 8-colour sleeve printing, while the RDF systems ensure nonstop, automated blank label production with minimal downtime.
“From a production perspective, the investment in ROTOCON’s RFP and RDF systems is a decisive step forward for us,” said Andrzej Kawiorski, Production Manager at starcodegroup. CEO Florian Oberndörfer added that the collaboration with ROTOCON enables the company to turn even the most complex ideas into scalable, secure solutions, stating, “Together, we’re expanding what’s possible in smart label production.”
