swissQprint’s Nyala flatbed printer secured its position as Europe’s best-selling large format printer in its class, marking an eleventh consecutive year at the top. According to data from market research firm Infosource, the system led sales in the UV flatbed, roll-to-roll, and hybrid printer segments priced between €130,000 and €500,000, reinforcing its long-standing dominance in the competitive wide-format market.
Manufactured entirely in Switzerland, the Nyala is known for its precision, reliability, and low downtime, which have led to widespread adoption across commercial and industrial print environments. With more than 1,000 units in operation worldwide, the system is known for consistent output and strong return on investment, backed by a comprehensive 36-month factory warranty.
Now in its fifth generation, the Nyala continues to evolve with enhanced performance and flexibility. The platform features a 3.2-by-2-meter flatbed, up to 10 configurable color channels, and production speeds of up to 253 square meters per hour. These capabilities allow print providers to address a wide range of applications, from signage and display graphics to industrial printing and specialty effects, further solidifying its position as a cornerstone technology in modern wide-format production.
