TITON Technology Takes Center Stage: Xeikon Debuts TX300 at Labelexpo Europe 2025

Xeikon introduces the TX300, a narrow-web digital label press built on its revolutionary TITON toner platform, which will be showcased at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. Initially introduced for paper-based flexible packaging, TITON has evolved into a mainstream technology for label production, combining the resilience of UV inkjet with the regulatory confidence of dry toner. The innovation is designed for converters who require both supply-chain durability and food safety compliance.

TITON technology addresses growing market pressures by eliminating the need for varnishing while ensuring scratch-, heat-, solvent-, and friction-resistance. It is fully compliant for food applications, supports recyclable materials, and achieves premium results on both coated and uncoated papers as well as polypropylene facestocks. Early adopters report that the TX300 produces durable, matte-finish labels with outstanding quality, and most importantly, confidence in meeting future regulatory standards.

At Labelexpo Europe 2025, Xeikon will conduct live demonstrations of the TX300, highlighting how TITON technology redefines the balance between durability, compliance, and sustainability. Visitors will also find Xeikon featured on The Label Trail, a collaborative exhibition showcasing the advances of eight industry partners in sustainability, smart production, and workflow integration. Xeikon’s role in this initiative underscores its commitment to leading the new era of label production.
