Wallquest Accelerates Digital Wallpaper Production with HP Latex

Wallquest, a leading wallpaper manufacturer based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, expanded its digital production capabilities by installing four HP Latex FS70 W printers. The addition builds on an already substantial HP Latex fleet that includes six HP Latex 3600 printers and two HP Latex 2700 units. With the new systems in place, Wallquest reports a 30% improvement in overall performance, driven by increased speed and enhanced print quality.

The HP Latex FS70 W is designed for mid- to high-volume production and supports optional white ink for premium applications. For Wallquest, this capability opens new creative opportunities, including printing on metallics, black media, Mylar, metal leaf, and natural substrates. The ability to produce shorter runs with reduced minimum order quantities allows the company to manage inventory more efficiently while delivering the intricate designs and longer repeats demanded by the interior décor market.

Wallquest is also leveraging HP PrintOS Production Hub and HP Site Flow to streamline prepress and production workflows across its facility. Sustainability remains central to its strategy, with all wallpaper production relying on water-based HP Latex inks rather than UV or solvent alternatives. By combining performance, workflow automation, and environmentally responsible production, Wallquest continues to modernize its operations and respond to evolving market expectations for digital wallcoverings.
