X-Rite Pantone promoted Cindy Cooperman to Vice President and General Manager of Pantone. In the role, Cooperman will lead Pantone as a standalone business unit within X-Rite Pantone, overseeing strategy and execution as the company continues to evolve its role at the intersection of color authority and digital color science.
Cooperman brings more than 25 years of experience working with brands, designers, and manufacturers that depend on accurate and consistent color. Her background includes leading strategic color consulting initiatives that help global brands translate color direction into product design, material selection, and market-ready storytelling. In her new position, she will focus on aligning physical Pantone standards with digital workflows and visualization tools to create a seamless journey from creative inspiration through final product realization.
“This is an exciting time for Pantone,” said Cooperman, noting that modern color workflows must move smoothly from creative intent to production. She emphasized the opportunity to unite Pantone’s established color authority with X-Rite’s color science to help customers address increasingly complex color challenges.
