Xeikon is preparing to make a high-impact showing at Labelexpo Europe with live demonstrations that highlight innovation across toner, UV inkjet, and integrated workflows. The star is TITON technology, which eliminates the long-standing trade-off between food safety and durability by delivering heat-, chemical-, and abrasion-resistant results—without varnish. This enables food-safe printing on challenging substrates like structured wine label papers while streamlining production. Also in focus is the PX3300HD UV inkjet press, which maintains full-speed output regardless of coverage or ink load, ensuring premium quality and high OEE for demanding markets such as chemicals, beauty, and craft beer.
The exhibit will also spotlight sustainable solutions like the LX3000 with ECO Toner, offering lower energy consumption, vegan and BPA-free compliance, and a reduced carbon footprint. Visitors will see fully connected, inline converting workflows in action, underscoring Xeikon’s view that “inline finishing only creates real value when it’s part of a connected digital workflow,” as noted by Jeroen Van Bauwel, Director of Xeikon’s Global Innovation Center. With a Barcelona-themed booth and participation in the cross-industry “Label Trail,” Xeikon aims to demonstrate not just equipment, but complete, application-driven solutions for the label industry’s evolving needs.
