Antalis has signed a binding agreement to acquire Club Groupe, along with its subsidiaries Digital Printing France and Technical Digital Printing (TDP), in a move to bolster its position in the French visual communication market. The acquisition aligns with Antalis’ broader strategy to strengthen its European leadership, following the recent purchase of Poitoo Adhésifs.

Club Groupe, founded by Laurent Pigot and Frédéric Dupaix, specializes in large-format digital printing equipment and consumables, employing around 30 people and generating €14 million in revenue in 2024. Antalis CEO Hervé Poncin said the acquisition will enhance the company’s customer proximity and expand its service offering, while Club Groupe’s founders emphasized the opportunity to scale their expertise within the Antalis network. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
