AVT sold to Porat Itay Holdings.

AVT sold to Porat Itay Holdings Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) has been in the ESKO family since 2019. AVT was acquired by ESKO’s parent company, Danaher, in 2017. On December 20th, the sales to Porat Itay Holdings were announced. In 2021, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems were sold to OpenGate Capital, and now ESKO is selling AVT. AVT produces and sells print inspection systems and is used in many solutions with Esko software. Porat Itay is an Israeli-based law firm and investor, and according to its website, it doesn’t seem to have any previous activities in the printing sector. The deal is expected to be concluded in Q1/2025. What this means to customers and employees has yet not been revealed!
