Adobe Launches Acrobat Studio: AI-Powered Platform for Productivity and Creativity

Adobe unveiled Acrobat Studio, a new platform that combines Acrobat, Adobe Express, and AI agents into a unified productivity and creativity hub. The launch marks a major evolution of the PDF format, first introduced in 1993, by turning static files into dynamic conversational knowledge hubs. Acrobat Studio introduces PDF Spaces, where users and teams can organize files and web content into collaborative environments enhanced by personalized AI Assistants. These assistants help extract insights, generate ideas, surface recommendations, and validate information with citations, enabling more intelligent engagement with documents.

Beyond insights, Acrobat Studio streamlines content creation by embedding Adobe Express Premium tools directly into the platform. Users can quickly design infographics, presentations, social posts, and more, leveraging Adobe Firefly-powered generative AI for text-to-image and text-to-video creation. The platform also integrates all of Acrobat Pro’s trusted PDF functions, including editing, e-signatures, document protection, and AI-powered summaries. Enterprise-grade security features, including encryption, compliance tools, and centralized deployment, enable organizations to use the system confidently while consolidating productivity and creative workflows into a single solution.

Acrobat Studio is designed for a broad range of users, from students and consumers to business and enterprise teams. Professionals can use the platform to distill insights from reports, create polished client presentations, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. Students can transform notes and research into structured study guides, while consumers can navigate contracts with AI explanations and e-sign from the same workspace. Available globally in English, Acrobat Studio launches with a 14-day free trial and early access pricing starting at $24.99 per month for individuals and $29.99 per month for teams.
