The PEAK PERFORMANCE PRINT EXPERIENCE

By editor Morten B. Reitoft (and a little help from Mark Stephenson, to get facts right!)

Next week, Fujifilm opens its doors for two exciting days in Brussels - and of course, INKISH covers the event. The event is marketed under the title "The Peak Performance Print Experience." As maybe one of the first physical events in our industry, we can't wait to share interviews with various stakeholders.

On the 28th, Fujifilm will show their line of Jet Presses and a brand that we have to get known too, namely the Revoria line of printers. As you may be aware, Fuji Xerox became 100% owned by Fujifilm at the end of March 2021. The newly formed Fujifilm Business Innovation Corporation will now open up the doors for new products and services.

Revoria is the brand that Fujifilm will use in the future to market their toner-based digital presses. In Brussels, on September 28th, the Revoria machines will be demoed alongside the Fujifilm machines - but, of course, only for the markets where Revoria initially is available, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

On the second day, September 29th, the focus is 100% on the Fujifilm inkjet machines. When Fujifilm introduced the Jet Press 720 and 720S, it immediately set the standard for amazing print quality. In a machine as robust as offset machines, Fujifilm delivered a machine with so many innovative features that some might even have forgotten that the press used the Fujifilm developed Samba printheads. The Samba printheads are found in machines from DURST to Landa and are landmark heads in productivity. In Brussels, Fujifilm will show the Jet Press 750S and the newly updated and faster version. The new 750S High-Speed Model delivers the same quality but at a speed that, according to Product Manager Mark Stephenson, makes the machine interesting for offset printers to consider - and well, we at INKISH couldn't agree more.

At The Peak Performance Print Experience event, we will, as mentioned, interview various people. We, of course, expect to talk to specialists and customers attending the event - get to know how they have come through the pandemic and how they see the future. We can't wait to be there - until then - all the best!

Registration for the event is at peakperformanceprint.com
