EMT International set to exhibit at drupa

EMT International, a leading supplier of finishing equipment to the digital print, label, and packaging industries is exhibiting at drupa May 28 - June 7, 2024 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

In hall 6, stand A42 EMT will demonstrate its modular Chameleon finishing line, which includes unwinding, DP22 PRO dynamic perf and punch continuous feed processor line that supports digital printing applications and press materials with high-speed performance and enhanced flexibility with up to 10 processes in the same machine, and an RFX cut-stack solution.

Flexible configurations with a range of options ensure maximum processing in the smallest possible footprint, and advanced web processing including cross and linear creasing and ironing, coil bind and corner rounded punching, and custom punch patterns.

Integrated into the RFX cutter is a DocuVision Pro automated inspection system from Videk, providing analytics, live web-viewing and recording of the roll to cut/stack print line to verify every detail at full production speeds.

Also presented will be EMT’s other Chameleon digital web finishing solutions (roll to roll, roll to stack, roll to fold, and variable lane finishing) and web transport solutions for offset, flexo, and digital inkjet technologies. In addition, attendees can learn more about EMT’s STC PRO line of customizable precision components including core shafts, chucks/adapters, and punches & dies manufactured at EMT’s machining center and assembly facility in Hobart, Wisconsin.

Team members will be available to discuss EMT’s range of comprehensive and customizable service programs where customers can benefit from the company’s subject matter expertise in seamless machine installations, proactive maintenance, innovative equipment upgrades, parts, technical support, workflow audits, and more.

The Rotocontrol EMT range of top-tier label printing and finishing solutions including booklet & extended content labels, digital hybrid press solutions, inspection slitter rewinders, and engineered solutions will also be highlighted at drupa.

Exhibiting at drupa provides EMT International an ideal opportunity to meet professionals in the printing industry and hear their needs in product development and innovation to bring value to their customers,” said Mike Herold, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing of EMT International. “The running demonstration of our end-to-end finishing line will allow them to experience our range of solutions providing application support and versatility in digital printing.
