The design studio interface has the Smart-Fill option that automatically fills customer data in the chosen design template when customer logs in. The AIOD generates print-ready RGB as well as CMYK layered-vector output files, with support for spot colors, auto imposition, cut marks and fold lines.

If a printer has a global customer base and wants to make it convenient for end-customers worldwide to come and shop on their site, then the web-to-print solution comes with multilingual and multi-currency support. That means the website content can be customized, and pricing can be shown in the specific currency as per the customer location. Also, printers can choose to setup multiple storefront each offering a niche product catalog. All such stores can be managed centrally under one administration account.

Smooth Back-end Workflows

Printers can effectively manage their end-to-end production workflow from the backend. For instance, they can create unique products workflow for each product. They can create multiple admin users and define their access rights to process jobs at each step of the workflow. A detailed dashboard gives them a bird’s eye view of the jobs and orders that helps in timely decision making.

Variable Data Printing

Based on the design template that the end-customer chooses, variable data can be supplied by entering all VDP records using inline form or importing them through a CSV. The system auto calculates the quantity with pricing and offers live preview of each record for quick approval.

Graphics Designers, B2B and Reseller Stores

Crowd-source designs by publishing designs from multiple graphics designers and offer commissions. Printers can also setup independent, private, and branded B2B as well Reseller storefronts for multi-fold growth of their business.
