With Omikai Cloud-ERP you can handle both online sales and manual proactive sales. Integrate all orders seamlessly into one order workflow and handle planning, production, logistics and invoicing in one complete platform. With our Business Intelligence dashboards you will have full control over the performance KPI:s and decision-making on sales, production and management.
Automated sales and order handling is a key factor for a successful and profitable modern printing company. When order volume are decreasing and the number of processed orders are increasing there are huge advantages in automating as much sales and order handling as possible.
The benefit of having a complete cloud platform for both Web-To-Print, ERP and BI is that everything is integrated and works seamlessly together. You have one product catalog, customer register and pricelist for the entire platform and you need less administration to operate, configure and maintain the entire system.
The Omikai StoreFront is part of the Omikai Cloud-ERP platform. The StoreFront handles a vast amount of different functionalities, configurations and support.
Public and Private Stores
In the StoreFront you handle both public stores for guest customers and private stores for returning customers requiring a login to access.
Flexible Product Catalog
Build a flexible catalog of both standard, unique and stock products. Organize products in categories and assign them to specific customers or make them available for everybody. Configure each product with multiple configurable parameters such as quantity, number of pages, materials, finishing, mounting etc.
Variable Data Printing
Let the customers upload variable data files to generate multiple variants of the same design but with different content.
Print Ready Files
After a customer approves a design, a print ready file is automatically generated including color information, vector images, bleed and trim marks.
Customer portal
In the customer portal customers can handle order history, order status, shipment information and create repeats on previous orders.
Quotations are handled automatically in the customer portal where the customer can accept to place order, add order information and upload print files.
Order Checkout
After a purchase the customer will be navigated to the checkout where they can select from different payment methods such as invoice, debit card or transfer.
Advanced Personalization
The built-in online designer offers a wide variety of functionalities to personalize your design with e.g. color management, add or remove pages, formats, texts and images from a media libraries, social media or uploads.
Real Time Pricing
Pricing can be configured for each individual product using global or customer specific price lists. This means that the price could be different for guest customers and different returning customers.
Job Automation
The entire Omikai Cloud-ERP is seamlessly integrated. This means that an order in the StoreFront is automatically routed through the main order workflow, automatically planned for production and the print ready files are sent directly to the printer or an automated workflow of your choice.
Omikai is located in Sweden with customers all over the world.
