Ricoh UK Launches Unity Partner Programme to Redefine Channel Collaboration

Ricoh UK launched the Ricoh Unity Partner Programme, unveiling a new approach to channel engagement aimed at driving growth, improving collaboration, and supporting digital transformation across the UK partner ecosystem. The programme introduces a structured yet flexible framework that recognises both partner performance and capability, while maintaining the agility partners expect when working with Ricoh.

The Unity programme is organised around four progressive partner levels—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—each unlocking additional commercial benefits, support resources, and strategic opportunities. Beyond revenue-based progression, Ricoh Unity also introduces portfolio-aligned specialisms that reflect partners’ roles across the customer engagement lifecycle. These range from Specialist, focused on sales and market development, through Expert, incorporating pre-sales and solution design, to Elite, recognising full sales, pre-sales, and technical delivery capability.

Ricoh said the model is designed to reward depth of expertise as well as financial performance. Partners advancing through the programme gain access to exclusive events, a dedicated Partner Portal, collaborative planning tools, incentive programmes, and new automation features intended to simplify engagement and reduce friction. The programme builds on existing Ricoh partner initiatives, retaining flexibility while adding clearer development pathways and recognition.

A central component of the launch is the Partner Capability Assessment, which evaluates both historical performance and current operational strengths to determine a partner’s optimal entry point. Ricoh said this approach ensures organisations are positioned appropriately from the outset, with a clear roadmap for progression and capability development over time.

Rowan Jeffreys-Hoar, Director of Partner Channel at Ricoh UK, said the programme reflects Ricoh’s commitment to partnership-led growth. “Unity reflects our belief that sustainable success comes through genuine partnership,” he said. “By investing in our partners’ capabilities and providing the tools, training, and support they need, we continue to help them succeed and deliver exceptional value to their customers.”

Ricoh confirmed that the Unity Partner Programme will be rolled out in phases across additional markets in the coming months, allowing for adaptation to regional requirements while maintaining a consistent global framework.
