BW Converting is set to showcase the power of its multi-brand portfolio at PRINTING United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. In keeping with the show’s theme of uniting the printing industry under one roof, BW Converting will present an integrated lineup of technologies from its W+D, Baldwin, and PCMC brands, enabling mail houses, printers, and converters to sharpen their competitive edge through automation, consistency, and sustainability. With solutions spanning labels, mail, flexible packaging, folding cartons, and corrugated, the company aims to address the industry’s most pressing challenges, from labor shortages and rising efficiency demands to expanding application flexibility.
Among the systems featured in live demonstrations is the W+D BB820+ multi-format inserting system with RF4 rotary feeder, designed to help mail houses process more jobs faster by running at speeds up to 20,000 cycles per hour. Baldwin will showcase its Flexo Cleaner Brush™ (FCB), which keeps presses running longer between stops by thoroughly cleaning plates in minutes, and its Corona SlimLine treatment system, which improves ink and coating adhesion across a wide range of substrates. These technologies allow converters to reduce solvent use, minimize manual intervention, and maintain sharper print quality while accommodating diverse materials.
PCMC will highlight several of its high-performance platforms. One of them is the Meridian Elite+ laser roll cleaner, a chemical-free system that extends anilox roll life and ensures consistent print quality with precision laser cleaning and integrated inspection. The ELS MAX inline flexo press and Fusion central-impression flexo press will also be showcased, demonstrating fast changeovers, modular flexibility, and energy-efficient high-speed production for flexible packaging applications. Together, these solutions exemplify BW Converting’s focus on measurable performance improvement across the entire production chain.
“PRINTING United is about bringing the industry together, and BW Converting embodies that same spirit,” said Jonathan Fore, Senior Director of Product Management and Strategic Marketing at BW Converting. “Our customers are under pressure to do more with less, and our portfolio is designed to help them get there, whether it’s higher throughput with fewer operators, tighter quality control, or technologies that support a more sustainable pressroom.”
At Booth #4330, BW Converting experts will guide attendees through hands-on demonstrations and technical discussions, helping them identify solutions that improve efficiency, expand capabilities, and meet the evolving needs of modern production. Visitors can explore BW Converting’s full range of W+D, Baldwin, and PCMC technologies, representing an end-to-end toolkit for performance, productivity, and sustainable innovation.
