Cactus Graphics Invests in Fujifilm Revoria PC1120S to Lead with Special Colour Innovation

Cactus Graphics has a heritage dating back over a century. It invested in the Fujifilm Revoria PC1120S six-colour digital press to elevate its print capabilities and expand into new creative markets. The new press replaces a standard four-colour machine and was selected for its colour capabilities, energy efficiency, compact footprint, and long sheet support. Co-founders Katie Weaver and Richard Archer describe the decision as a bold step to disrupt the market and better serve their growing network of design agencies and brand clients.

The Revoria PC1120S delivers advanced colour matching and special effects with six-colour printing, including white, metallics, orange, pink, and custom configurations. This opened up opportunities for Cactus Graphics to expand from its traditional B2B work into more personalised B2C offerings, while also enhancing its own brand visibility through accurate logo reproduction. “We wanted to stand out, not just replace what we had,” said Managing Director Weaver. “This press gives us a new creative edge—and one that’s especially attractive to our young, design-forward team and clients.”

The investment was facilitated through local distributor Colyer, who supported the process from demonstration to installation. Fujifilm and Colyer’s collaboration with Cactus Graphics ensured a smooth transition and tailored configuration for the company’s workflow needs. “It’s a press that was clearly built with special colour printing in mind,” added Commercial Director Archer. “We’re excited to show our clients what’s possible when technology meets creativity.”
