CAI Software, a leading provider of manufacturing ERP and production solutions for more than fifteen vertical industries, has announced a strategic merger with Print ePS, the graphic communications division of eProductivity Software (ePS). The merger brings together two respected leaders under the CAI Software brand, forming a powerhouse organization dedicated to solving complex manufacturing challenges with cutting-edge technology. As part of the merger, Print ePS will operate as the Graphic Communications business unit within CAI, joining two other divisions: Process Manufacturing and Discrete Manufacturing.

The combined company will be led by CEO Brent Pietrzak and CFO Cort Townsend, both of whom emphasized the shared vision driving the merger. “This merger creates tremendous opportunities for our clients, employees and partners,” said Pietrzak. “By aligning our customer-centric strategies, we are building a more dynamic, diversified software leader. The newly formed CAI Software will serve customers globally, supported by more than 800 employees across offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. The company plans to expand investment across its combined product portfolio, reinforcing its commitment to client support, technological innovation, and specialized manufacturing expertise. Meanwhile, the ePS Packaging division will spin off to operate as an independent software company dedicated to packaging businesses worldwide.
