C&W Graphic Finishing of Indianapolis has expanded its post-press service offerings with the addition of a Foliant Taurus 530 NG laminator, supplied by Graphco, the exclusive North American distributor of Foliant Laminating Systems. The system delivers operational efficiencies and enabling new customer services that previously required outsourcing. The move represents a strategic investment aligned with customer demand for local, high-quality lamination, a service that complements C&W’s already extensive finishing capabilities.

With over 60 years of expertise in die-cutting and post-press operations, C&W has steadily evolved into a full-service finishing partner, offering more than 25 services including perfect binding, kitting, and converting. The addition of lamination fills a critical service gap, allowing C&W to provide a one-stop shop for jobs that previously had to be shipped elsewhere for finishing. “We were losing out on jobs without even knowing it,” said Taylor Gates, Vice President at C&W. “Now, with the Taurus, we can offer gloss, soft-touch, and specialty laminates in-house, giving our clients faster turnaround and better control.”

The Foliant Taurus 530 NG was chosen for its productivity, versatility, and seamless integration into C&W’s hybrid digital and offset environment. According to Production Manager Ryan Nutter, the installation process was exceptionally smooth, and the system has already started to draw new customers. “It’s opening doors and keeping more work under one roof,” said Nutter.
