Domino Showcases Full Digital Inkjet Portfolio at PRINTING United Expo 2025

Domino is showing its new technology at Printing United Expo, taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. At Booth 5076, the company will demonstrate its expanding portfolio of digital inkjet technologies, showcasing solutions designed to help printers and converters boost productivity, streamline workflows, and expand into new markets. “PRINTING United brings together the entire print industry under one roof, and Domino is proud to showcase how our digital solutions can help printers unlock new opportunities and grow their business,” said Mike Barry, Commercial Manager, Domino Digital Printing North America.

At the center of Domino’s exhibit will be the proven N610i digital UV inkjet label press, known for its high-speed performance, reliability, and superior print quality. The press offers up to seven colors (CMYKOV+W) with a 13.3-inch web width and 600 dpi resolution, printing at speeds up to 230 fpm (70 m/min) while covering 92% of the Pantone range. Its high-opacity white ink, 72% at speed, has made it a go-to production machine for converters around the world.

Making its debut at the show is the new Domino N410 digital LED inkjet label press. Compact yet powerful, the N410 delivers 5-colour CMYK+W printing at up to 164 fpm (50 m/min) and 600 dpi resolution. Its integrated LED curing technology ensures low power consumption, while its small footprint and fast setup make it ideal for label converters entering or expanding into digital. Other highlights include the high-resolution N730i with 1200 dpi BITSTAR printheads, offering premium image quality and optional inline flexo stations for priming, varnishing, or spot color; and Domino’s variable data printers, the K300 and K600i, engineered for high-speed serialization, coding, and brand protection applications.

Visitors will also learn about Domino’s Sunrise DFE, a next-generation digital front end powered by AI-enhanced automation and real-time data ripping to improve workflow efficiency and uptime. For the corrugated packaging market, Domino will present the X630i aqueous inkjet press, capable of printing 4,500 sheets per hour at 600 dpi while reducing ink and energy consumption by up to 50%. Together, these innovations reflect Domino’s commitment to delivering smarter, more sustainable printing solutions across the full spectrum of label, packaging, and industrial applications.
