Neil Felton, CEO of FESPA, has been awarded the 2025 Girls Who Print Ally Award, celebrating his leadership in launching the FESPA Foundation, an initiative aimed at demonstrating the power of “Print For Good.” The Foundation engages exhibitors at FESPA events to produce printed educational materials for schools in South Africa and underserved communities worldwide, enhancing access to safe, inspiring learning environments. Felton said, “This is more than just an award, it’s global recognition for the FESPA Foundation, and I am proud to be accepting this on behalf of everyone who has supported us on our journey.”
The Girls Who Print (GWP) organization, led by Deborah Corn, empowers women in the print and graphic communications industries through mentorship, education, and networking. FESPA partnered with GWP at the Global Print Expo 2025 in Berlin, hosting speaker sessions and networking events focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the traditionally male-dominated sector. Corn emphasized GWP’s continued commitment to building equity in the industry, adding, “We deeply appreciate the companies that support our work and look forward to welcoming many more in the coming year.”
