Fiery, LLC has announced its agreement to acquire Inèdit Software, a respected Spanish developer of digital textile print solutions, from EFI Reggiani. This move significantly expands Fiery’s specialty print software portfolio with proven tools like neoStampa, neoTextil, neoCatalog, and neoMatch, enabling Fiery to offer a comprehensive solution suite for applications such as fashion, home decor, DTF, and soft signage. “With this acquisition, Fiery can now expand its industry-leading print software solutions portfolio into a wider range of applications,” said Toby Weiss, CEO of Fiery, reinforcing the company’s goal to become a one-stop-shop for digital production printing.
Inèdit's powerful tools—ranging from RIP and color management to workflow and cataloging—will complement Fiery’s Digital Factory platform, enhancing end-to-end capabilities for print service providers. Fiery plans to retain Inèdit’s brand identity and customer relationships post-acquisition, while enriching future offerings with its deep expertise in imaging, color, and device integration. The acquisition is expected to close in 2025, pending regulatory review.
