Flexcon appointed Nick Tucci as its new CEO, initiating a leadership shift that includes the departure of former CEO Aimee Peacock, along with chief operating officer Nick Lupoli and chief financial officer Matt Gardner. Tucci brings extensive experience in pressure-sensitive films, adhesives, and roll-to-roll manufacturing, having led central business units at Avery Dennison and served as chief financial officer and Advisory Board member for 44 Maple Group, Flexcon’s parent company. The company noted that his background in building effective teams, driving execution, and supporting customer-focused development aligns with Flexcon’s priorities for its next stage of growth.
