Freedom Graphic Systems has announced plans to expand its Aurora, Illinois campus, adding a new facility that will increase production capacity and improve logistics for its growing print and packaging operations. The approved expansion project includes a new building designed to streamline both offset and digital print workflows while enhancing warehouse and distribution capabilities. The move supports Freedom’s continued investment in delivering scalable, high-quality services to its retail, direct mail, and packaging customers across the United States.
The Aurora expansion reflects Freedom’s strategic response to rising customer demand for personalized marketing, flexible packaging, and high-volume direct mail solutions. The company plans to integrate new equipment and technology into the facility, building on its established strengths in offset, digital, and large-format printing. “This expansion allows us to meet the needs of our clients with increased efficiency and capacity,” said Eric Champion, Vice President at Freedom Graphic Systems. “Our Aurora campus is a key part of our long-term strategy to serve customers across multiple verticals with speed, accuracy, and reliability.”
Construction is scheduled to begin later this year, with full operational capabilities expected by 2026. Freedom Graphic Systems will continue its focus on sustainable practices and innovation as it scales up its operations, reinforcing its position as one of the largest privately held direct mail and print service providers in the U.S.
